Fall Family Fun Dinner – a bike ride to the Park

E 'autumn! I love autumn, especially when it is still warm, but the boys are back in school, and the days seem to be immersed in a beautiful golden sun. Before beginning the dark too early, there is still time to have a fun adventure the family dinner. Why not take a guide, dinner recipes easy to go and jump on the bike and head to the park for dinner? 1 1 / 2 C mushrooms, sliced
1 / 2 C olive Kala – seedless
1 / 3 C Feta cheese – crumbled
3 / 4 C tzatziki sauce – prepared

Instructions

Pitas open on one side andspread with hummus. Add spinach, mushrooms, olives and feta cheese and tuck the extreme edge of the pita. Dripping with tzatziki sauce. Tuck the top edge of the fillings and roll up Burrito style. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for transport or serve immediately.

Barley, apple and fennel salad

It 'a very healthy dish, which is also a delicious lunch.

Ingredients

2 / 3 C Barley – peeled
EA 2 apples, chopped
1. bulb fennel, thinly sliced
2TBWalnuts, chopped
4 Light TB dressing like Newman's Own

Mix all ingredients and serve as a rocket, if you wish.

Hiking – Easy Dinner Recipes and Dinner Ideas for Family Fun

What about going on a family walk and then having easy dinner recipes in a panoramic position of your choice? Is beginning to cool off 'in the heat of the day, and is a good time to get some exercise outside. A nice walk to the location of the dinner will give everyone a good appetite for dinner.

A place to choose is a good match for age and fitness of your family. Drive to a scenic trail head and walk until you find a good place to distribute andeat. Even a trip to a local park can be fun. They usually have tables and playground equipment for children to play. If you are lucky to live near the sea or a lake, walking along the seafront. Walking in the sand is good exercise.

What you need:

1) Good walking shoes for all. It's no fun when your feet are aching.

2) for sun protection – although maybe not super hot, the sun is still burning.

3) Bug spray – if it is relevant to yourarea.

4) Drank – enough water for all and other beverages that you want to wear them.

5) portable cooler Tote your dinner.

6) Jackets if they get cold on the way back.

8) the family dog, leash, poop bags, portable water bowl, water and treats.

Vegetarian Roasted Portobello Wraps

Fast, delicious and portable. Take these wraps for a picnic in the park, ball field or beach.

Ingredients

2 Portobello mushrooms, stems, and thinly sliced
1 TB olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic – minced
4 Flour Tortilla – Size Burrito
Pkg 1 red pepper hummus – 7 oz
4 oz goat cheese,crumbled
1 Romaine hearts, chopped
1 / 2 sweet onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Portobellos Toss slices with olive oil and garlic to coat. Place a baking sheet and bake tray edges 15 to 20 minutes until softened. Sprinkle with salt.

Tortilla microwave briefly to soften. The spread of each tortilla with hummus on top with the sliced mushrooms, lettuce, onion and cheese. Roll up and serve.

Wraps with Brie and ProsciuttoPapaya

Easy to go to lunch or to eat on the street. Good addition to your lunch routine!

Ingredients

4 pieces Flour Tortilla – 8 inch, heated
4 TB honey
8 ounces Brie
12 slices of ham – thin
C 1 papaya, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
1 C leaves watercress

Instructions

Lay tortilla on a flat surface and spread 1 tablespoon of honey on tortilla. Honey with 1 / 4 of Brie, spreading with a knife. Brie top with 1 / 4Slices of ham, slices of papaya and watercress. Making a line more in the middle of each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
